We organize many different events during the summer
Afternoon Tea
One of the most anticipated event is certainly our Afternoon Tea in collaboration with Demmers Teehaus from Helsinki. You get to enjoy five different teas or tea drinks as you are served a wide selection of savory and sweet treats baked here at the farm. As you are enjoying the teas and different treats you will hear interesting stories of tea culture and production of tea from around the world.
The next Afternoon tea will be organized summer 2026!
Open Gardens Theme Day
Every summer we participate to the Open Gardens theme day, where visitors can explore open gardens all over Finland. During the day, you can freely wander around the garden or take part in guided tours led by the owner of the farm, Minna.
During the tour, you will learn about her favourite trees, shrubs and perennials in the garden but also about the cultivation of berries and new crops at the farms, such as open-field cut flowers, pumpkins and fruit trees. During the day, you can also enjoy treats at the summer café and explore the selection at the Farm and Second hand shops.

DELICIOUS BERRIES – pick your own!
Come spend a perfect day with berries! Join us on an unforgettable Pick your own –experience at Pohjola farm in the Southwest of Finland. During your visit you get the chance to embrace the berry farm life, pick berries, learn how berries are cultivated in Finland and also get to enjoy a lovely picnic in the berry garden.
Depending on the season we offer you to pick either strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or currants and you also get the chance to take them home with you. You also have the chance to learn how berries are grown during a farm tour.
After the guided Pick your own -experience you get to enjoy a delicious berry picnic in the garden including coffee or tea, refreshments and sweet berry wafers with ice cream which you get to bake yourself! Pick your own -experience is a perfect way to spend quality time in the Finnish country side with your friends or family and enjoy a lovely summer day!
